I've never been so desirable to own a chair like Herman Miller's lounge chair that was designed by the couple name "Eames" I believe this chair's much older than I am, but it's still fashionably amazing even today! This man wrote manga, directed and also screenwrite both anime and films. . !

Katsuhiro's like Michaelangelo'' of his time, because he started his career

of being a manga writer right after he graduated from high school

If someone would ask me who was the craziest person
that I've ever known, I would say his name is
"Suehiro Maruo"

I used to spend 70% of my weekly income in buying
Japanese comic books during my high school year.

One day, at the comic book store, the dude who
worked at the store caught me just searching through
numerous comic books to buy.  When all the customers
were emptied out except me, he told me he
had something to show me that's really crazy that's
hid under the counter for some reason..

At first, I said to myself; "this has to be some kind of
pornographic manga book or something''...

He pulled out four comic books by "Maruo" for me to
check out.  I flipped through all four of'em in couple
of minutes(one of the most terrifying 2 mins of my life),
and decided to buy all of it'  The guy at the counter
was  being so sneaky about selling those to me, 

it felt like I was buying a first cigarette in my life'

Maruo's main subjects are sex, violence, rape, war,
and killing.  It's wrong.  it's just very wrong...  But
nothing can't hide the fact that this guys is so
talented' maybe gifted..'

This guy uses every personal hilrious or very serious moment of a person's life as

permananetly hide it from others.  Maybe that's why he's so popular

in manga community' for reading a manga is often very personal"'

Artist's Statement

A series of my paintings is based on dreams that I had as a child of many many jellyfish floating in the sky, some of which fell to the ground on parachures and became mushrooms. These dreams had a strong impact on me, and I remember them vividly. Somehow I feel that it is easier to focus on dreams than reality. In one particular painting, there is a boy crying because he keeps things within him, is easily sad, and he refuses to face reality.
